Product Purchase Cost

Payment can be made PayPal/Square and/or any other pre-approved payment method.

Pup Hub Cafe (ABN 66 989 018 189) retains the right to change product pricing at any time.

Homemade Product

As all Pup Hub Cafe (ABN 66 989 018 189) products are freshly home made the colour and texture may vary slightly between product.

Pup Hub Cafe (ABN 66 989 018 189) retains the right to alter products on offer.

Cancellations and Refund Policy

Notifications of cancellations and requests for refunds must be made in writing to jo@puphubcafe.com.au or by contacting by Pup Hub Cafe (ABN 66 989 018 189)

You can return your order for a refund if the item is faulty within 14 days of delivery, Items, after 14 days may not qualify for a refund.

Refunds do not include postage fees.

General

Pup Hub Cafe (ABN 66 989 018 189) reserves the right to cancel, postpone or re-schedule orders due to unforeseen circumstances. Where a refund is due such a refund will be provided within 30 days.
