Refund policy
Notifications of cancellations and requests for refunds must be made in writing to jo@puphubcafe.com.au or by contacting by Pup Hub Cafe (ABN 66 989 018 189)
You can return your order for a refund if the item is faulty within 14 days of delivery, Items, after 14 days may not qualify for a refund.
Refunds do not include postage fees.
Damaged or Faulty product
If you received a damaged shipment or product, please email photos of the damaged item to jo@puphubcafe.com.au, include your invoice number and name, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
